to Kim Watkins no later than May 16.
The Annual Meeting and Banquet will be held at the Best Western, 243 East Liberty, Wooster.
Happy hour will start at 6:30. Alcoholic Beverages and Soft Drinks are available at the hotel bar just outside the banquet room.
Auction Items will be on display during Happy Hour and Dinner.
Dinner service will begin at 7:00.
Banquet Menu:
Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast
Roasted Red Skin Potatoes with Garlic
Sweet Corn
White Cheddar Mac and Cheese
Buffet Style Salad – Peppercorn Parmesan
Rolls and Butter
Coffee, Ice Tea, Lemonade and Water
Dessert – Convention Cake
The Annual Meeting and the Auction will follow dinner.
Live auction items include the Fabulous Quilt, Hydraulic Grooming Stand, and Stained Glass by Eva Morgan! And much more!
Children’s Pizza and Craft Party
$7.00 per child. Children must be 4 years of age and over unless an age appropriate sibling will babysit under adult (teacher) guidance.
The party will be held at the fairground in the air-conditioned Armstrong Building next to the grand stand.
Cheese and Pepperoni pizza from East of Chicago with drinks and crafts. If you wish for your children to have cake and attend the auction please feel free to pick them up early or bring them a piece of cake when you pick them up at 9:30.
Children may be dropped off at the fairground at 6:00
PM and should be picked up promptly by 9:30 PM or when the live auction is completed. There will be a signup sheet listing both parents names and cell phone numbers. Children who are not picked up promptly will receive a 12 pack of Mountain Dew and a free kitten!
